TOYOFOODS EARTH HOSE (Food flour conveyance and anti-static applications)

TOYOFOODS EARTH HOSE is an anti-static pressure resistant hose for pressure feed and vacuum (suction) made from soft PVC.
These hoses are used as piping for food-related equipment that requires static prevention in the transportation of powder and granular materials.

These safe and long-lasting hoses fully comply with the Food Sanitation Act, provide long-lasting anti-static performance, and do not stiffen easily, even when used for oily foods.
They prevent clogging due to static electricity during transportation of powder and granular materials, prevent foreign matter generated from the ground thread from entering, and help improve safety and productivity.

All of the structural components that come into contact with food products use certified FDA-approved materials and, along with their Food Sanitation Act compliance (Notice of the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare No. 196), can be used safely.

For barb fittings, use a nipple diameter 5% to 15% larger than the inner diameter of the hose (depending on the hose inner diameter).
